Swift Bay Island Colours

This is the second shot I took after landing on this island. Flembot took a time lapse from this position as well, whilst I was being the rock ape featuring in the time lapse! πŸ™‚

It was soooo very hot here during this photo shoot and I was so glad to get back to the boat and guzzle about 10 gallons of ice water!

Nice one Mark, I look outside it is gloomy and cold, it gives me hope that summer will fast approach.

    • On this side of the ditch mate, I look out the window and finally see a bit of rain and some clouds for the first time in ages and think…jeeze I wish it would bucket down! πŸ™‚

Funny how we all see things differently depending on what is happening on our patch eh Tom!

Great textures mate. I would be tempted to crop a little of the bottom. But yep really like this one. Sky greatly compliments the foreground. Haven't even looked at mine yet. Hopefully I'll have something like this one!

    Cheers

    Dave

  3. Thanks big buddy!

I did look at that crop a lot and kept coming back to it as it is, but I agree that a crop would work as well…if not better!

  4. Sunburn island !! I paid for my great time-lapse with a bit of burned skin πŸ™‚ good shot mate almost as good as mine muwhahaha πŸ™‚

    Hi Mark,

This one has alot of depth, I feel like I can step right into it! A great image.
Check out my blog, a few posts back I have a little skydive vid to wet your appetite again πŸ˜‰
    Cheers,
    Bryce

  6. Yo Bryce!

Thanks for dropping by mate and I agree that this shot works pretty well eh!

Checked out your vid and posted a comment as well…nice work, but surfing has my attention again now mate!

3 red hot surfs over the last 3 days mate…gotta be happy with that!

I am afraid that I think I have done my last jump. I don’t miss it at all and I certainly don’t miss the politics in WA skydiving eh!
