  1. Another great capture Mark. The cracks on the building make this for me. My only criticism would be to loose the sky in the top left hand side of the image – bit distracting from the door.

There is a song about the blue door isnt there……what is behind the blue door. or was it green.
Very nice and love the lighting. Bet you had fun with Mr Spool.!

  3. Hey Leigh…yes I looked at that but couldn’t work out a good way to lose the sky without losing the higher windows which I like…I will have another look.

And yes I did have fun with Mr. Spool Ailsa! 🙂

  4. Nice post production on here Mark … Was a fun evening will have to do it again sometime soon … I really need to go back over those images and look at a few more post productions of the series …

  5. Reworked image up now Leigh!

    Hi Mark

Your blue door shot is great…I have a shot of that door and can remember being squeezed against a wall of the other side of the street just to get the door in.

    What lens did do use.

    Regards

    • Hi Roger,

I used my tilt shift 17mm. I love that lens as it is so versatile, it gets a very wide perspective without warping the verticals!

Sharp as a tack all the way to the edge as well with no vignetting!
