Early Days at Rottnest

We stayed at the Lodge last weekend and I was very impressed with these old photos of how Rottnest used to be, so I took a couple of quick captures so that I could share them. The originals are hanging up proudly in the Lodge if anyone would like to see them in the flesh!

They feature how the jetty looked in Thompsons Bay and also showed the old steamer ferry as well as the old yachts they used to get there.

Its cool to look back at how far we have come in only a few years eh!
